Welcome to PatriotCalendar!

Posted by Pam in patriotcalendar dotcomblogs

Hi! Thanks for exploring PatriotCalendar! I hope you'll enjoy being a part of this community, become better informed on issues affecting your future, be inspired to get involved in America's political direction... and I hope you'll educate and inspire others!

PatriotCalendar will be a community-driven venture. This web community was launched with a handful of ideas and features, but we invite you to make suggestions for new tools, features, and improvements. Please don't expect perfection at all times, but be assured we'll do our best, and together let's build PatriotCalendar's MOST IMPORTANT feature -- a dynamic community of folks who care about America and really show it!

Blogging is a popular means of getting a message out and enhancing awareness about issues. I'd like to point out a few blog categories (tags) available here in our PatriotCalendar blogs that I think could come in handy to our blogging members.

Events on PatriotCalendar -- Tout the success of events you list on the Patriot Calendar by writing follow-up blog articles. Tagging them with "events on patriotcalendar" will help paint the picture of positive change accomplished through activism.

Hall of Fame -- When you see a politician, corporation, or individual commit an action that supports freedom or justice, please write a positive blog article about that action and tag it with "hall of fame". In this way, we can build a blog tribute that recognizes the good guys.

Hall of Shame -- Likewise, when you see injustices, call attention to them in blogs tagged with "hall of shame". Don't use libelous or defamatory statements, but give a factual description of the unjust action and state your opinion as to why you feel the action is unjust.

Okay, if you have questions, check out the FAQ's here -- and if you don't find your answer, then use this contact form or send me a private message.

Thanks for being here! Ready? Set... BLOG!

Peace,
Pam
